Lament

I felt physically distressed as I wandered through this abandoned community.  Not specifically what was before my eyes, but how it represented man’s treatment of fellow man.  This community had other buildings and scenes, but this created a more potent metaphor for me.  As opposed to the touristic Nazi concentration camps, this scene has a much more raw feeling with the barbed wire, rust, broken windows, and harsh foreground.
